I am working on the grammatical description of two Ethiopian languages, the Omotic language Baskeet (also known as Basketo) and the Cushitic language Kambaata. My main fields of interest are Afro-Asiatic languages, language description and documentary linguistics, lexical semantics, linguistic anthropology, song language, verbal art and ceremonial language.
