Sociology of gender, women's movements and feminism, anti-discrimination law and policies, diversity corporate programs, gender parity in political representation.

Doctoral thesis in political sociology (Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2007): The campaign for gender parity in political representation, France, 1990-2000.

ONGOING RESEARCH:

-Diversity policies in the workplace (France/United States)

-Gender and careers in high civil service (France)
